CORE 210TIG is a single-phase (230V & 110V Auto sensing) power source for TIG DC HF welding, TIG Pulse, TIG Spot welding, and MMA welding. Due to its high-grade, hybrid, composite and galvanized steel construction, CORE power sources are portable, durable, and resilient. Advanced, customizable, easy-to-read controls make setting parameters intuitive, while smart monitoring features keep welders informed. The CORE 210TIG is a single-phase power source engineered for high-precision TIG DC HF welding, TIG Pulse, TIG Spot welding, and MMA welding applications. Designed to deliver premium TIG performance, it features TIG DC HF technology with perfect arc ignition, providing exceptionally stable and smooth arc characteristics for superior welding results. Its advanced Pulsed TIG Arc Control ensures excellent arc stability, making it ideal for thin-gauge materials as well as positional and out-of-position welding applications, while the TIG Spot Welding function allows precise control over heat input for greater accuracy and reduced distortion. The expansive high-contrast display with integrated TIG sequence diagram enhances user experience and visibility in both indoor and outdoor environments, enabling operators to individually adjust parameters such as pre-flow, initial current, upslope, downslope, and post-flow for complete process control. Built-in welding parameter storage allows users to save and instantly recall preferred settings for consistent, repeatable weld quality. With Auto Power Line Adaptation (115/230V), the CORE automatically adjusts to grid or generator power, ensuring maximum flexibility across different job sites. Its ergonomic design, sturdy handle, and shoulder strap make the machine easy to transport and ready to weld anywhere, while the advanced Cool-Air management system with wind tunnel technology optimizes cooling performance and minimizes service, maintenance time, and operating costs.
