The Smart Lift-TIG system features trigger-controlled DC Lift Arc ignition, allowing operators to start the arc effortlessly by simply touching the tungsten to the workpiece and lifting away. This prevents the tungsten tip from sticking, reducing electrode damage and improving productivity. For HF TIG welding, advanced Dash-Arc technology delivers an exceptional 99%+ arc striking success rate with outstanding consistency and ultra-fast ignition response times of just 50–60ms. Reliability is further enhanced through the Active Balancing Air Passage design, which optimally directs internal airflow to dissipate heat evenly across critical power electronics, extending component life and improving overall machine durability. Integrated thermal and overcurrent protection systems safeguard the machine by automatically halting output when necessary, with clear warning indicators and simple reset functionality. In MMA (Stick) mode, built-in VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) technology lowers open-circuit voltage to a safer level when welding is not taking place, providing enhanced operator safety. Completing the package, the intelligent on-demand Smart Fan reduces noise, lowers power consumption, cuts operating costs, and minimises the amount of dust and contaminants drawn through the machine, ensuring cleaner operation and longer service life.
