The Tecmen PAPR air fed system offers good quality and great value for money in the competitive mid range air fed welding market.

The waist mounted PAPR system has a rechargeable Li-ion battery giving up to 9 hours work with a 3 hour charge. There are two air flow speeds, low 170 lpm and high 210 lpm with a 99.97% filter efficency. The alarm notification is visable, audible and vibrates .This part weighs just 1.2 kilos and meets the following standards EN 12941 TH2, NIOSH 42 CFR 84, & AS/NZS 1716.

The auto darkening welding helmet is fitted with an ADF800S cartridge. This has a viewing area of 97 x 62mm with 4 arc sensors reacting from 2 amps making this suitable for TIG welding. The light state shade is DIN 3.5 with a variable welding shade 9-13 and also grinding. the controls are internal variable shade, sensitivity/grinding and delay (dark to light). Works on 2 replaceable CR2450 lithium batteries charged by the solar cell. Suitable for MMA, MIG & TIG, approvals DINplus, CE, ANSI Z87.1, CSAZ94.3 & AS/NZS 1338.1
